Who we are

This site is operated by Daniel Kim & Associates, Sotheby's International Realty Canada (the brokerage), 1867 Yonge Street, Suite 100, Toronto, ON M4S 1Y5. We are not the developer of The Bedford.

What we collect

• Information you enter in the registration form: name, email, phone, whether you are a realtor, and the suite type you're interested in.
• Your email-consent choice, with the time and the wording you agreed to.
• How you reached the site: campaign tags (UTM parameters), ad click IDs, the page you registered on and the referring page.
• If advertising tags are enabled, Meta and Google may set cookies to measure ad performance.

How we use it

• To send the price list, floor plans and information you asked for about The Bedford.
• To contact you about your enquiry by phone or email.
• To send email updates about The Bedford and other real estate opportunities, only if you ticked the consent box. The box is never pre-ticked.
• To measure which ads and pages lead to registrations.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss). We share it with the developer or its sales team only when needed to arrange an appointment or purchase you've asked about. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
